Food collab I did with my wife's aunt almost 10 years ago. I hope I've learned to make briskets than I did back then. Since that time I've learned about trimming, better fire management, different rubs, prime and Wagyu brisket, post oak. Don't get me wrong I still have a long way to go to learn.
