Crossroad Lullaby - Leo & Oliver
It had been a long day at the office - actually, since his arrival it had been nothing but long days spent behind the chief desk at the San Francisco Police Department. Oliver wouldn't have traded it for anything, but there was a yearning growing inside him to have a bit of fun. Tapping the empty coffee cup with the back of his pen, the man extended back in his desk chair, eyes rolling up to the ceiling he had already memorized. Sighing, he decided to toss his work aside for he evening, planning on enjoying it for himself.
A glance at his watch on his way past security alerted him to a reminder that he had a short amount of time before he had to meet Leo for their evening. A quick run home had gotten him a shower and a fresh change of clothes, and apparently a jolt of energy as well. He found himself walking, head held high to the location that sat in his text messages. It was a few minutes past seven when he arrived, eyes landing among the girl ahead of him a smile tugging to his lips as he heard the first strums of a guitar over the crowd level. For a bit he stood back, hands coming to rest in the pockets of his leather jacket that was guarding him against the cool San Francisco evening, as he watched the music unfold.
