Is incredible how a 22 minute program was able to help me so much with my half marathon training.It is amazing how simple movements prepared my body in such a great way. Even I was not able to run more than 9 miles during my training. I DIDN'T "HIT THE WALL" LIKE IT USUALLY HAPPENS IN MILE 10 AND I was not even half as sore as I have been before!!!
