A very interesting connection came to me as I was doing some breath work.
Inhalation of breath is Jupiterian, expansive and attaining, Exhalation of breath is Mercurial, sharp and expressing. Though the planetary energies are considered oppositional, they’re quite essential to one another. Just like breath it is the expansive, collecting and attaining of knowledge of Jupiter inhalation and the sharp, refined and expressive exhalation of Mercury. Expansion and Contraction. To be filled with seed of knowledge and to bloom and share that knowledge. I saw a visual of a big gaseous balloon and it was sweeping and fulfilling as I inhaled, and then a serpent squeezing and constricting as I exhaled.
Pranayama breathing technique Is extremely worth It to do so for getting relaxed for the void state ♡♡♡
anxiety is evidence that what you want is getting ready to happen. it’s only your nerves that make you think you need to panic because your mind wants to keep you safe. but the soul can never get anxiety, because it knows the truth. get through the anxiety attacks and keep going forth on your path, because it awaits you.
Boost your IQ
The results showed that participants who meditated showed an average gain in IQ of 23 percent. One of the reasons is that deep meditation slows down brain activity. With slower brainwaves, the brain increases its ability to reorganize itself. When you give your brain some rest, it improves itself.
