The first time Tobio had hugged him from behind like this, Tooru’s body had jolted from the contact. It was unfamiliar, new, their relationship only just budding at the time---but never unwanted. Now, he all but melts into the embrace, his back pressing further into Tobio’s chest. He feels warm and secure here. Tooru doesn’t answer right away. His brain lags a little at the way Tobio calls out his name like that. With such care, such adoration. He snaps out of it from the soft kiss to his cheek, and Tooru turns---only to be left awestruck by that beautiful smile. He’s finding so many things to adore about his Tobio today.
In one fluid motion, Tooru leans in to kiss those smiling lips. “Mhmm~ only if they’ll turn out as sweet as you~ ♡”
