is it bad i wanna see wren get dominated? in his bloodlust form or not it just seems great ((sorry for this but also wanna pass along i absolutely love your art omg??? it's so nice and your hair's floofy and so nice))

nah not bad at all pfff though idk, normal Wren is pretty submissive to Crow all the time... but i think he’s more of a service top than anything. but if Crow wanted to dominate him a little more, i’m sure Wren wouldn’t mind at all pfff he would do anything to please his King. 

bloodlust Wren on the other hand... he wants Crow to dominate and kill him lol his ultimate fantasy is being gored to death by Crow, like the ultimate death by the ultimate predator kinda thing. he’s pretty wild and aggressive, i think the only way Crow could actually get bloodlust Wren to submit is restraining him so he can’t challenge Crow, then lots and lots of bloodletting and eating parts of him. or just straight up killing him lol but i can’t see Crow actually going through with any of that, he loves Wren a lot and likes submitting to bloodlust Wren. maybe challenging him and getting roughed up for it, but actually dominating bloodlust Wren would take some pretty extreme measures and be possibly fatal for Wren. i dont think Crow would ever risk it, with his bare hands he could all too easily totally shred Wren up and splatter him everywhere. (kinda speaking for saru’s OC Crow here but i checked with him and he agrees)

Wren in his normal state is always on his knees and being submissive, but bloodlust Wren reigns supreme =w=;; thats sort of the dynamic between Crow and both of Wren’s personalities. and thank you for the compliments! im actually working on something right now with submissive Wren in it, i hope you see it when its done and posted c:

Wren

Age: 29 Height: 6’2” Likes: Crow, fresh air, his garden, his mountain, woodsmoke, the first bite out of a warm raw heart from a fresh deer kill, stalking prey, his hunting dogs Dislikes: unnatural or unknown smells, obnoxious people, being touched, wasted meat, big cities History: As the only child born to peasant parents, he took up his father’s trade as a hunter from a very young age. He spent most of his childhood exploring the mountains near his isolated home and absorbing skills from his parents. At the age of 10 his mother succumbs to a disease and he’s often alone while his father goes on big game hunts. He takes up many of his mother’s old hobbies to pass the time, such as wood carving, keeping up her garden, knitting, sewing, and collecting medicinal herbs.

After his mother’s death, his father becomes increasingly unstable and abusive. He continues to take Wren on hunts and mentor him in the art of tracking, stalking, killing, gutting, preparing the meat, etc. At the age of 17 and after many years of living with an abusive alcoholic, Wren follows his father on a solo hunt and succeeds in stalking & murdering him. He inherits his father’s business and clientele, telling everyone his father was killed by a wild boar.

Ten years later, Wren is on a business trip to the city and feels the unmistakable presence of an apex predator in the air. He secretly witnesses Crow murdering and consuming his victim raw, in total awe of Crow’s power and grace as a predator. He becomes a devoted follower/secret admirer, seeking out Crow in hopes of being one of Crow’s victims. He manipulates his way into a royal ball to meet him, and even becomes Crow’s target prey, but ultimately fails to be killed and consumed. They don’t meet again for two years. 

Relationships: Crow - Loyal servant and bodyguard, eventually partner

Misc.:

Wren is relatively relaxed and friendly by nature, but undergoes a personality change while actively hunting. The more he enjoys a hunt, the more his “Bloodlust Wren” personality takes over- he becomes sadistic and twisted, deriving an almost sexual pleasure from the hunt.

Crow is the only person “Bloodlust” Wren would not kill, as well as the only person who has survived an encounter.

While in “Bloodlust” mode, Wren experiences memory loss and only remembers vague bits and pieces of what has happened once he’s back to normal.

Hello! I found your art some time ago and I fell in love! I was wondering if either Crow or Wren would appreciate flowers? Maybe not gifted to each other, maybe just one of them picking some outside and putting them in the cabin? If so, who would do it, and would the other stomp on them because they don't like them? Sorry if this is silly, I just had this image in my head haha I hope you have a great day!

i think both of them appreciate flowers, tho Wren prolly appreciates more of the medicinal/herbal value of them and Crow more the aesthetic value. Wren likes the scent of flowers more than the way they look. 

neither of them would ever stomp on flowers omg. if Wren got flowers for Crow, Crow would probably play it off out of embarrassment but admire and sniff at them when he’s alone. If Crow got Wren flowers, Wren would probably blush and get really flustered and try to rationalize it in a way where Crow is just being a kind, appreciative King lol 

Bloodlust Wren is too focused on Crow and jumping his bones to bother noticing something like flowers.

Does your character feel that they deserve to have what they want, whether it be material or abstract, or do they feel they must earn it first?kind of both... Wren is used to earning everything, so i don’t think he ever even questions if he deserves what he has. he works hard hunting and keeping up his late mother’s garden, chopping wood and all that to stay independent on his mountain. but when it comes to Crow, he never really pushes it to earn his trust or love, he just does his best to take care of him while he’s hurt and if it happens, it happens. Wren is used to animals tbh, he’s pretty patient while Crow warms up to him. 

(on the flip side, “bloodlust Wren’s” personality is pretty demanding, he takes whatever he wants and is pretty self-centered and self-serving)

How easy or difficult is it for your character to say “I love you?” Can they say it without meaning it?veeery difficult, he hasn’t said those words in a looong time. not since he was a small child talking to his mother. he stays pretty distant from most people, friendly but has a pretty tall wall around his heart. there’s a family at the foot of his mountain, he’s been like an older brother figure and close to them his whole life, but has never felt it necessary to tell anybody what they mean to him. “I love you” in Wren language is bringing them the best cuts of fresh venison, then promptly leaving. 

he has a hard time coming to terms with his feelings for Crow. he pushes them away at first because his sense of duty to the King comes first and he honestly doesn’t feel worthy of reciprocated feelings. Crow is royalty and Wren sees himself as a servant, he doesn’t really let himself yearn for love or pine for Crow. it would take Crow softening up and showing signs of affection for Wren to let himself hope for something more, and even then he’d fight it and make excuses like “ah the King is just lonely” or chalk it up to reading too much into things. lol slooww burn crowren. Wren is scared to get attached because once Crow heals, he thinks he’s just gonna leave Wren’s humble little cabin in the woods and to go take back his throne. Wren just wants to enjoy his company while he can and make Crow as comfortable as possible.
