I remember back when I was trying to prepare for my first Disney interview, I scoured the internet for anything that could help me. I desperately wanted an idea of what my interview would be like. Since then, I've passed 3 Disney interviews (hopefully, soon to be 4!!). So, I thought I would pay it forward and share the LONG list of practice questions that I've put together over the years.

Some general tips and tricks:
Dress to impress: a lot of Disney recruiters are more interested in getting a feel for your personality and character than they are in the answers you give.
Be personable: smile, make eye contact, don't hesitate to make jokes
Connect your answers to concrete examples, and use the STAR method to answer questions (S- situation, T- task, A-action, R- result): When asked for examples, always be clear with the situation, how you took action, and what the result was.
Do your research about the role you're interested in and tailor your answers to it: if you want to be in merchandise, showcase your courtesy and efficiency skills. If you want to be a lifeguard, showcase your safety skills.
Research the core values and culture of the Disney company: storytelling, the 5 keys, creativity, imagination, exceptional guest service, etc.
