Bollocks. Bloody clumsy oaf I am. Managed to drop my laptop, directly onto the base of my toes last night. 😡🤬🤬😡 Of course it had to be the #Lisfranc #CRPS foot that too the hit. Bruising is starting to come out on my poor toes. It’s triggered a #crpsattack pushing me into #crpsflareup mode. 😭🤯😬 Today has been spent with bugger all sleep, munching down on painkillers and a full day of meetings. 🤕🥱🤕 Am wiped out.
