i have determined that upscaling from 480p to 1440p is the wrong idea. just. use a CRT filter that shit. this is what god intended you to do with your garbage xvid rips downloaded from stage6 in 2007

been experimenting using a crt filter while I work on my pixel art recently. Couldn't find any software to render the final artwork to an image so had to throw something together in blender which is why the bottom image is so off center
