Saved by love and united in purpose, Banette-bound Annie has dedicated her new life to becoming a member of the Mirage Alliance despite being one of the "cultists" they are actively hunting. Living unlife to the fullest as a prankster savant, she works with Blaire to try to bring peace to the dead.

brief Tax description: Tax is a malicious phantom born from Masei's memories. Her body is entirely comprised of fabric with the exception of her mask, and is freely maleable using fabrikinesis. She acts as a maternal guardian to Masei, and is single-mindedly dedicated to the pursuit of Masei's happiness. The original body of Tax has been lost to time; now she requires a willing host body to manifest herself.

Tax has been a ton of fun to draw over the years and I look forward to eventually getting to tell her story to you all. +)

A prolific dollmaker in life, Sharon created larger-than-life toys from her own wool for the sick and destitute to have something to play with. Mags first tracked her down several centuries ago after seeing her works firsthand among audiences and being impressed by the smiles they brought their owners. Weaving their magick together, the two came up with the idea of the Magpies- vessels for souls that would give those seeking a second chance at life the means to do so. When Sharon herself passed away, she too became a Magpie- after all, her work bringing smiles to the world was nowhere near finished!

Sharon is entirely pacifist, only using her magic to bring joy to others and mend her creations. Faux is her greatest creation, a fox she saved from a trap and taxidermized long before she had met with Mags. Upon creating the Magpie ritual, Mags discovered that the fox had been so perfectly preserved her soul had remained happily in her body as Sharon's inanimate pet for years. Deciding she deserved a reward for its dedication, they worked hard to create a body full of joy that would allow her to experience life to the fullest.

OC-Tober 1 : Beckon

Made as part of a self-made OC prompt list loosely followed throughout the month of October. The prompt for this one was a true prompt and not just "speed design an existing idea", with the prompt specifically being to design something "mascot-shaped"

lore: The Beckon are a musical race of miscreants that inhabit untended places, born from musical instruments that have become possessed by the lingering spiritual energies found in deserted shrines. Unlike their spiritual rivals, the Will-o-wisps, Beckon use their metallic bodies to clink and chime, emulating sounds uncommon to the terrains they haunt. This leads to much less consistent results that luring traveler with a light source however, leading to many Beckon having a hard time accomplishing their goals, be it leading travelers down a dangerous path or spooking them away from greater dangers. It is likely because of these inadequacies that no one can agree on whether Beckon are truly malevolent or friendly in nature.

Originally made for the dumb Evil Container meme going around right now, which will be below the break along with the alt text.
