Ingredients: 32 oz frozen hash browns. 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup. 2 cups sour cream. 1/2 cup melted butter. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup chopped onion. 2 cups crushed cornflakes. 1/4 cup melted butter for topping.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. In a large mixing bowl, combine hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, shredded cheese, and chopped onion. Spread mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix crushed cornflakes with 1/4 cup melted butter. Sprinkle cornflake mixture evenly over the top of the potato mixture in the baking dish. Bake uncovered for 45-50 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Serve hot and enjoy!
