It might be a slower bang than expected, but it's still gonna be amazing! As most of you already know, kicking toxins to the curb is my #1 goal for this year!! I've already got a head start with cleaning products and, of course, candles. But I'm gonna be cutting out toxic makeup, perfumes, and keeping my foods 100% clean this year!! Day 3 of my little posting feel good series! LAVENDER!! Let me tell you a little story about this guy... I spent my ENTIRE LIFE deathly afraid of all things lavender. I'm allergic to the flowers to the point my eyes swell shut and it's hard to breathe. I'm allergic to soaps, lotions, laundry detergents, anything scented with lavender. So naturally, I assume since the essential oil is 1000000x more potent than the plant I'm probably going to die from this one. I avoid it at all costs.... Then, my best friend decides we're going to experiment with it (but she's a paramedic so it's okay and she had full triage set up in her living room). Low and behold NO REACTION!!! Nothing! Not a damn thing!!! And I buy it, and I use it DAILY! Need help sleeping? Lavender. My hair is falling out from my PCOS? Yup, freaking lavender. Burn my hand like a dumb ass on the oven? Lavender. Horribly anxious and can't stand myself? Lavender. Allergies driving me crazy?
