“Jaebum-ah, are you feeling better now?” You ask your boyfriend as soon as you close the door of GOT7 dorm. He’s lying on the couch watching some boring TV show. He’s tremendously bored, that you can tell by the absent-minded look on his face. The guy must have really wanted to get back to dancing with his group. At the sound of your voice, his head pops up and eyes sparkle. Jaebum greets you with a bright smile.

“You came. Babe, I miss you.”

“Liar. You miss everyone. I just happen to be one of them,” you place the lunch boxes in the kitchen while teasing the guy as he groans in protest.

“Why are you always like this? I mean I do miss everyone but I miss you the most. I want to see you every freaking second and you know that.”

“I do,” you smile, flopping on the floor to block your boyfriend’s view of the TV screen. You know he prefers to contemplate you more anyway. “I miss you, too,” you drop a kiss on his lips, but before he could make another move, you pull away.

He whines, “I want a proper kiss!”

“Maybe later,” you wink. It’s kind of fun to tease this cool and chic guy sometimes. Oh who are you kidding? It’s extremely fun!

“Babe, it’s crucial to fulfill the patient’s wish. It helps their mental health.”

“I thought you don’t want to be treated like a patient?”

“Well, I don’t but urgh,” he purses his lips cutely at you. “I want a proper kiss.”

Folding your arms on the couch, you lean closer to him, the tip of your nose brushing his cheek as he slightly moves his head forward to press his lips against yours. Granting his wish, you kiss him deeply this time. While angling your head so that he doesn’t have to move much, you run your fingers through his silky hair. As your lips move in sync, Jaebum moans ever-so-sexily, causing butterflies to erupt in your stomach and a course of electricity to run up and down your spine. He always knows how to send you overdrive.

“To answer your question earlier, I am feeling better now,” he whispers.

“Good,” you smile into the kiss, giving him some more pecks before pulling away.

“Babe, can you help me sit up? I want lunch.”

“Are you sure? I can feed you,” you say as he smiles reassuringly.

“I can handle an hour or two. Don’t worry. Like I said, I’m getting better.”

You nod, “let me take the food out here first.” After hurrying to the kitchen to bring the lunch boxes out to the table in the living room, you help Jaebum sit up. When he’s about to reach for the box with his name next to a heart on it, you beat him to it, shaking the box with some out-of-the-blue silly dance to crack him up. The sound of his laugh is the music to your ears.

“Here you go.” Settling down beside him, you give him the box and a spoon. While he’s eating, you fiddle through some channels for a variety show.

“Weekly Idol’s on channel 9,” Jaebum informs as you stare at him with wide eyes. He shrugs, “I’m bored.”

“Aw, I’m here now,” you squish his cheeks when suddenly the sound of a puppy catches your ears. “Wait, is that Coco I hear?” Your facial expression lights up in an overexciting way as you sprint for the front door. Turns out, a staff has taken Coco out for  a walk and now brings her back home since she figures Jaebum would probably bore himself to death. “Yes, thank you. I’ll take great care of him and Coco. Good bye, Ms. Ahn,” you bide the staff a farewell before going back to your boyfriend. With a mouthful of food, he smiles with his eyes at you as you sit on the floor, Coco in your lap. And  just like that, Coco has successfully steered your attention from the screen, and the guy eating with delight, to her.

“You’re so cute, Coco-yah. You’re getting cuter and cuter everyday,” you brush her soft hair with your hand. “Aw, who’s the good girl? Who’s the good girl?” You cup her small face while coaxing her.

“Babe, I want egg roll,” Jaebum says dryly, but you fail to notice the change in his tone. Placing a miniature table on his lap, you put all boxes on it so that he can reach what he likes to eat easily.

“There, you can have other dishes, too. I made a lot for you,” you smile before turning back to play with Coco. Then, as you are taking selfies with her, Jaebum clears his throat.

“Babe, can you get me some water?”

“Okay. Coco-yah, you stay here. I’ll be right back.” However, since Coco follows you, the two of you run around the place giggling and barking for a while before you can get water for Jaebum. His face has contorted into a slightly annoyed expression. Still, you don’t see that. “Coco-yah, tomorrow I’ll drop by to take you for a walk. We had so much fun last time! Yeah, you like that? Aw, you’re so adorable!”

“Babeee,” Jaebum whines until your gaze is fixed on his face. “Feed me.”

“But I thought you don’t-“

“I change my mind. Babe, feed me,” he interjects as you comply with his command. While you are putting beef on his spoon, he grabs his phone. “Hello, Ms. Ahn. Can you come bring Coco to Youngjae? He’s at the JYP building. Yeah, he called me and said he missed her so much. Poor guy. Oh that’d be great. Thank you so much.”

You raise an eyebrow at him. “Youngjae called you? When?”

“He didn’t,” your boyfriend replies matter-of-factly as you furrow your brows. And then, the realization hits you.

“Jaebum-ah, are you jealous? Of Coco?” You grin as he shakes his head, opening his mouth wide waiting for food. “Tell me, you are jealous, aren’t you?” Your grin etches from ear to ear.

“She can be annoying sometimes,” he says nonchalantly. “Babe, feed me.”

“I’m not gonna feed you until you admit it,” you move the spoon around in front of his face to tease him as Jaebum grabs your hand and shoves the spoon into his mouth.

“I’m not jealous. I’m cool and chic,” he states proudly, but as soon as he sees the knowing look on your face, the guy sighs in defeat. “Fine, I was jealous. You only paid attention to her and totally forgot about me. Like hello, I’m your boyfriend. I’m hurt. I need some loving, too.”

You can’t help melting at his little rant. Sure he’s cool and chic most of the time, but only to you does he show his cinnamon-roll-too-good-for-this-world self. You want to kiss him till breathless. And so you did. “Well, if you look at it that way, I didn’t kiss Coco. Only you. Because I love you much much more.”

Jaebum locks eyes with you, his smile overloaded with sunshine. “I love you, too babe. A whole lot.”

“Okay so how about you finish this quickly and we can cuddle. I really really want my Jaebummie cuddling,” you feed him another spoonful as he nods vigorously.

Then after the meal, Jaebum gently tucks you close to him and you two stay in bed for the whole afternoon.
