Mothers, sisters, wives, daughters, aunts, grandmas, yourself! Recent convos revolving around what it means to be a woman, what it means to channel femininity, and are you eating your estrogen!? Without the masculine, there is no feminine, but how do you strike that balance!? I’ve been struggling with my hormones the past couple of years, throwing everything at my body to regulate it. With the end goal of having children, I can’t help but feel insufficient. Where did I do wrong, or what am I doing wrong? To be honest, I can’t remember the last time I got my nails done, or really took myself out to town. That’s not everyone’s image of femininity, but what I am getting at is that, if all is energy, then forego the tiara and hand me a baseball cap. Heck I didn’t wear a single dress this summer!! . If certain aspects in your life aren’t lining up, maybe take a look at the energy you’re embodying. And woman? Let’s make that plural. In all of our shapes and sizes, skin tones, hopes, troubles, ethnicities, situations and perspectives.
