As far as I know, the movies never directly showed vampires interacting with blessed objects, so it’s up to our headcanon factory again!
Personally, yes, I do think holy objects are dangerous to them—and not just because I believe their power should have some limits. Unholy beings are tied to darkness, so their natural counterforce would be light: something pure and sacred. That’s why blessed items should work as an 'antidote'
To break it down:
▪️ ⛪ Entering a church? Probably fine (There may be a feeling of insecurity, as anything in this place out can hurt a lot)
▪️ 💧 Holy water? Crosses? Would burn them badly, maybe even fatally
▪️ ✝️ Crucifix? Same deal—major damage
▪️ ☠️ Stake? An instant kill if aimed right (To quote Dracula: Who wouldn't die from a stake through the heart?)
