Crabs are cool. I'm still scouring Numista.com for more crab numismatics.
So, so many Sicilian crustacean coins out there. It's like my ancestors imbued me with the same unknown knowledge/love for crustaceans that they had. Or y'know it could be some family curse that'll catch up with me oneday

I'm curious to see as I'm considering moving my most popular blog content to a side blog. I'm just unsure as to what is actually the most popular "niche"
Does anyone in fishblr know if there’s a distinct downside to keeping two species of shrimp together (for example, Caridina cantonensis sp. Crystal Red and Neocaridina davidi var. Yellow)? They seem to have a fairly generous overlapping temperature range, and their pH requirements are also similar… And since Neocaridina and Caridina can’t interbreed there wouldn’t be any mixing of bloodlines. Does anyone know of a problem I might have with that setup that I’m not seeing?
