a grin broke out on nicolas' face when he saw his best friend, jogging until he came up behind him, thoughtlessly reaching out to pat alec's backside. "hey captain," he greets, playfully pinching his friend as he steps around beside him and cocks his head. one hand digging in his pocket to pull out the new gloves, emblazoned with their house insignia and alec's initials and 'captain'. "here. so your hands don't freeze."
“yah!” he calls out, nicolas having caught him off guard. he’d been spacing out recently and his best friend patting his backside had made him jump out of his skin, quite literally. however a grin soon spreads across his lips at the sight of the taller male and the fact he’d been called captain “ah! so you heard about it. i was actually going to come find you and say!” the grin however, grows once he catches sight of the present. “wow! nic this is amazing thank you.”
