I'm seriously about to get my ass on painting a carefully rendered highly detailed picture of Melanie smiling going "don't be an asshole~" that I can drop under people who are so incredibly mean to our artists in this fandom. They're trying! If you don't like it, ignore it and move on or ask if you can give some helpful critique. Some of y'all are like the people that almost made me stop drawing and give up. It's damaging and doesn't help anybody when your oh so clever "savage" comment comes through like??? How do you think people are gonna get better??? And for those of your giving yourselves a little pat on the back because "somebody had to tell her", maybe she felt a little too good about herself-- NO. She knows she's not as good as other people. Let her feel good about her progress anyway. Like yikes is it asking so much to be kind.
