Oh *waves* hi! They are hard, and I feel like despite real life and job and everything I’ve been pretty good about them, but gosh this month is destroying me and I appreciate you saying it’s a normal/human thing to take a break, I need to hear that because I’m always too hard on myself. Thank you!
