i have had depression since i was twelve, so for seven years. i know it doesn't seem like it, but it will get better. i have tried many times, and at the end of it all. i was like, "why would i do this? shit is going to get better. i love my mum too much. and i know it would break her heart". i think you need to just log off the internet, have a shower and call someone.
