Users will be able to use Dogecoin as a form of payment for Loop rides through Elon Musk’s Boring Company. The Boring Company created the Loop transit system for Las Vegas. Outside of the Las Vegas Convention Center, the business unveiled a new Loop station. The new Loop station included a new payment method. Elon Musk, who founded the company, had high-occupancy vehicles traveling at 150 mph in mind, but Loop consists of passengers riding in Tesla cars driven by people at a speed of about 35 mph. In a few years, the business plans to advance and execute higher-speed automated driving.
Elon Musk is now supporting Dogecoin once again
One of Elon Musk’s most recent and ambitious projects is the Boring Company’s adoption of Dogecoin. The business also intends to increase the number of loop stations to around 50. Dogecoin has received ardent backing from Elon Musk. Elon has continued to show his support for the coin despite numerous challenges. The Loop rides are now free, but fees will soon be added. Single trips will cost approximately $1.50, while day passes will start at $2.50. Dogecoin can be used by users to pay for rides. US cash and credit card payments are available for those who prefer alternative payment options.
Dogecoin was initially intended to be a Joke! Since its release in 2013, DOGE, which includes a Shiba Inu dog, has become a well-known internet meme. Once Elon Musk started talking about it, the coin flourished in the spotlight. Following that, the meme coin has some fleeting gains each time Elon tweets about DOGE. The DOGE stock price is $0.068050 at the time of writing, up 1.6% over the previous day. In the past 14 and 7 days, respectively, DOGE’s share price increased by 3.6 and 3.1 percent.
