I have reviewed the recently launched coin (using my own personal system) and my results are as follows:
This coin has a “Class B” rating based on the information in the announcement.
The explanation of this rating (see “Scoring” link above) is:
Class B (score 40 to 69%)
Keep an eye on this coin and monitor. This coin has good proposed features but could find it difficult to compete with the glut of other coins. If ICO this is less likely to be a good investment but may be worth a gamble if escrow is available or you get your coins straight away. If POW, this may be worth mining if you have spare, cheap capacity. Trading opportunities limited to short term on pumps at least initially but could be good if launched on a mainstream exchange.
The review assessed information and parameters in the announcement only and included such things as;
Type of coin, coin or dev website, social media content, Dev team and claimed experience, real world use, source code and / or actual wallet availability, information about dev status or reputation from members posting replies within the announcement.
The actual score is 57.65 %
Additional notes: Dev has BCT history, website for coin, slack forum, cross OS wallets, coins are issued upon payment, block explorer, possible real world uses and a startup roadmap.
There were NO zero scores for this coin in my scoring system.

This is a nice coin and a cut above most announced these days.
