Being a rather newer place than the other towns/cities [being founded as recently as 1960], Hallowsville is a lovely little place, with the streets usually lively and busy with monsters of all kinds! It's quite the progressive place, but of course, it has some issues of its own, especially with being such a mixed bag of cultures, species, and morals...

But, of course, the mayor tries his damnedest!! Even if he's a little... clueless at times-? Compared to alot of the nearby cities and towns, it's definitely alot better, in terms of places to live! Well- If it wasn't for the... active serial killer in the area. BUT IT'S FIIIIIIINE, really!! Promise! 😉
