10/10 would recommend using hero forge to make a character and then customize the image further. They had a kickstarter a little bit ago to add colour customization and it is absolutely banging. Then you can just add some nice little overlays and details and have something that looks like you worked hard instead of dicking around with the airbrush tool. Which lets you get a decent pic of a random character that has plagued you for days during work.
