mountain dragon attack, 26/11/19
I needed some charmed water for a spell. I took G the cloud dragon with me and together we hit the Markets of Bastal first just to see if there was anyone that could help me with it.
Then while on our way there I decided to take my bottle of seawater to the crystal unicorns to see if they could help me with it. We still went to the markets first to get an offering of some sort of pastry/biscuit in exchange for the unicorns’ help.
I flew to the mountains where the crystal unicorns reside, and made our way through the crystal cavern and into the main chamber where I met with Love, a rose quartz unicorn I had previously encountered. I asked for her help, and she agreed, but our offering was not enough. I had to help get rid of three mountain dragons that had been plaguing the unicorns and causing a lot of noise and disturbances in the valley.
I agreed, and I flew up to the peak of a nearby mountain where the dragons were circling. These dragons were a dark green with rough scales, not unlike those of mountain dragons I’ve seen before. I’m not sure, but they seemed to have a youthful air about them (in terms of dragon year?). Either way, they ignored my attempts to talk and be diplomatic and find out why they were here.
They started lashing out and hissing at me and G. I had to dodge out of the way in the air when a dragon came too close with their jaws. I tried to use energy to corrall them, but that’s when a dragon slashes me below the ribcage with their talons. Let me tell you, it stings.
Ignoring the pain first, I come up with the very hasty idea of portalling them to another realm, one in which it is very dark and large and far, far away from this one. I quickly open a portal, but the wound was throbbing. I succeeded anyway, and with G’s help I manage to get back closer to the dragons.
Eventually, with a lot of ducking and dodging and manoeuvring, I manage to chase all three dragons into the portal. I close it immediately.
Flying back down to Love, she finally agreed to help me by infusing the seawater with her love magic.
Having gotten what I came for, I go back to the physical and the pain still lingers. It actually stings, but I managed to patch myself up with what bare knowledge of energetical healing that I have.
Hopefully no complications develop.
