Can anyone help?

 I have a legal copy of Photoshop but my computer won't open it. It keeps saying that windows encountered an error and needs to close the program. I tried updating but it says its up to date. Anyone know what to do to fix it?

omg i JUST sent my logo design for my church to my friend who's in charge of the designs for summer retreat this year.
