Former CSLA Executive Director (2003-2007), CSLA President (2007-2018), and current Culture Shock International Board President @arnelcalvario has been an integral part of the CSLA Family since 1998. He has been a role model, leader, friend, and inspiration to many generations of dancers and directors of Culture Shock family and many others from the community. He is the founder of the first collegiate dance team @kabamodern and he has been a huge part of major world competitions and shows such as HHI and ABDC. He spreads knowledge and history of hip hop and urban dance through his series “Roots B4 Branches”, and he combines his skills as a Doctor of Occupational Therapy and dance to work with #AwesomeShockLA, a dance therapy program for special needs children. The list goes on and on. He has impacted the lives of so many, and he continues to change the world. 💜⚡️🐯👊🏻 .
