How has your week been? December really is flying by! My New Years resolution this year is to establish a routine for strength training and meditation. That’s a solid NYR. I am actually thinking about being more regular with meditation. My problem with NYR is that I always have too many resolutions and things I want to change. Then I tackle it all at once and get overwhelmed and feel defeated and stop trying. So I stopped doing them BUT this year I am finally out of my super negative mental health space and I feel like making a bunch of them again. Which is kind of a big deal for me. So to keep myself from getting overwhelmed I am planning on doing the system where I just focus on one thing each month. I haven’t made any solid goals yet but I want to work on; being more flexible/paying attention to the functionality of my body, meditation, improve my writing, serving others, be a better friend, learn Spanish, increase my income, move, travel, finish some writing projects, train my dog better, and the list goes on! Yeah...I think this might be a problem...
