Every time someone says a nice thing about ben I only grow stronger
Though many travelers have called the infamous Earthen wastelands their stomping grounds, none have more stake to the claim than the one who has walked there longest.
Ben knows the wastes better than anyone, and has a knack for disappearing among the sands for long stretches of time. When he isn’t catching a nap, Ben can usually be found guiding merchants or other travelers through his treacherous home.
a lil doodle of my custom progen, freshly scattered!! isn’t he So Handsome
scared of the clean-shaven man he’s become
status of some notable wasteland dragons after all is said and done:
Soren: leader of the Den
Ben: still enslaved at the coliseum. has NO idea any of this went down
Aster: DECEASED
Pen: Survived the attack. Currently sticking with Peer, Kama, Dert, and Ama
Tide: DECEASED
Mako: Kinda stuck without an owner right now. No one knows who/what he is, so he’s completely alone
Tora: DECEASED
nothing fills me w greater joy than ppl w den kids reblogging ben n tagging him 'dad'
though Ben is a super chill dude, a genuinely lax guy, he will go berserk if you mess with his charge. Soren, his very old and dear friend (and occasional fling, no one really knows what their relationship is??) is his charge, and Ben has already lost him once.
Now his charge is Soren’s soul, which has been captured in an enchanted amulet that Aster has stolen!! He’s forced to serve her as a guide and bodyguard while she holds that over his head
Ruth's Album (by Dreaming in the deep south)
[Back Left] : Aunt Martha Swope, Uncle Will Taylor, Aunt Mary Hughes, Grandma Ben . [Front] : Ruth, Dad [CTB] Aunt Anna. Brookville Lawn
My mother is the child in this photograph. Her father, my Grandfather, C.T. Ben is beside her, and his sister Anna is beside him. Behind them is the older generation. C.T.'s mother, Ida Taylor is the woman on the far right, and next to her are her siblings. The photograph is a great portrayal of the ancestral world. I think my grandmother took the photo.
