[A woman in a zombie costume steps out]
[Zombie girl]: Hello there, little ones. Are you here for candy? Then come inside, I insist! We have candy for you too!
[Leon POV]: We all go inside the house, the woman staring at us when we do. I wonder how she was able to pull the costume off. She looks like an ACTUAL zombie!
[Zombie girl]: Oh, Orion!! Trick or treaters are here!
[A man with a vampire costume steps out into the room. Miles takes notice that the man looks pale.]
[Vampire man]: Really! We haven’t had trick or treaters for a WHILE~
[Leon]: Heyo! I’m Leon! This is Sadie, Miles, and Bunny.

[Orion hugs Heather]

[Sadie]: Nice to meet all yall, but we’re just here for candy.

[Heather]: You know, you guys are the first visitors we had in a while! It’s been so lonely here..

[Leon POV]: We all separate and go into the other rooms while Miles and Bunny stay with each other. This is great! Now we’re exploring a literal haunted house!
[Leon, Miles, Bunny and Sadie go into other rooms. The couple stares at them as both of their lips curl up into a sadistic smile]

[Scene cuts to Bunny and Heather walking down a hallway. Bunny notices that the way Heather walks is almost zombie-like]
[Heather]: Are you mute, Bunny?

[LEON GASPS. BUNNY’S BODY IS SHOWN AS HEATHER TOWERS OVER IT, EATING SOMETHING]
[Miles screaming]: BUNNY!!
[HEATHER TURNS AROUND WITH BLOOD AND BRAINS IN HER MOUTH]

[HEATHER GETS UP AND CHARGES TOWARDS LEON AND MILES]

[LEON THRASHES AROUND AND KNOCKS A BOWL OFF THE COUNTER. THE BOWL HITS HIS HEAD AND VEGETABLES SCATTER AROUND THE FLOOR, EVEN GARLIC. ORION HISSES AND SCRAMBLES OFF OF LEON.]
[LEON SCRAMBLES TO GET UP]
[HEATHER CHECKS TO SEE IF ORION IS OKAY AND MOVES THE GARLIC OUT OF THE WAY]
[Leon POV]: What do i do?! Wait…
[LEON NOTICES A SHARP STICK.]
[Leon POV]: GASP! STEAK TO HEART!
[LEON INCHES OVER TO THE STICK AND GRABS IT]
[LEON LUNGES AT ORION AND PINS HIM DOWN]
[ORION GRAPS AHOLD OF THE STEAK AND THEY BOTH STRUGGLE]
[Leon]: DIE! JUST DIE!!
[Orion]: Heheh…You know..you have such fire in you. It’s a shame your friends had to die, you would’ve taught them a lot.
[Leon]: SHUT UP! YOU GUYS ARE MONSTERS!!
[ORION LAUGHS]: It’s sad to see that you are not giving up on me.
[LEON TIGHTENS HIS GRIP ON THE STEAK]: I will put this FUCKING steak to your heart.
[ORION LOOKS OVER AT HEATHER APPROACHING THEM. HEATHER GRABS LEON]
[Leon]: !!
[HEATHER THROWS LEON TO THE WALL, MAKING HIM DROP THE STEAK]
[Orion]: It was fun playing our game with you but..

Jag tried not to shiver as the first cold nip of winter moved in. They shuffled their paws in place in an attempt to warm them, though the hard stone under offered no warmth even with their movement. They almost didn't see the approaching cat though the thick fog. They jerked as a nose touched their shoulder, turning quickly with a snapped word ready on their tongue. Before recognizing the young hunter.
"Ah, it's just Bird, nearly forget to come home again did we?" They hummed, settling back down and giving their fur two quick swipes of their tongue. Bird shook their head, a dark shape hanging from their jaws. They placed the rabbit down in front of Jag, blinking their dark purple eyes at the stunned guard.
"You looked cold, this should warm you up." They nosed the rabbit closer. A softness entered their chest for the strange hunter. Jag leaned over and gave a quick lick to the top of Bird's head as thanks before ripping into the food at their feet. The blood was still warm on their tongue and they felt it spread through their body. Bird smiled and with a quiet flick of their tail, slipped up the rocks and into camp.
