I love my church! I recall those days as a young child standing out on the block trying to hang. I would stand right across the street from CTC at the old J&B store with friends in all types of mess. I recall watching the church people going in and out of the church house. Every now and again an elder would wave for us to come over but we never did. Sometimes we would disappear for a bit when church was in session and sometimes we was just ignorant to still be standing out creating more mess. I like to think back now that maybe one of them elders was praying for us while I was standing out. Praying that maybe one day I would stop to hear the call of God for me to come in for fellowship. Now I walk in and out of CTC and see other young people. And just like the elders did us I wave for them to come join us. People wonder why am I so concerned about the community. Because at one point and time or another I was the community that needed to be concerned about. Saints never overlook a soul, you never know how God intends to utilize them. Sinners never assume that the church is only for the saint. “For a saint is just a sinner who fell down but got back up again.” His grace & mercy is for all of His children. Now let’s walk into the Temple for fellowship!
