Helping Sometimes Falls On Deaf Ears

Ever get that feeling like the work you put into stuff gets overlooked?

On Deviantart I can write in the description of a Youtube channel theme that they have to download it to get the full size one due to the way people's browsers display large images such as themes. What do people do? They say the ones I uploaded are too small for their channel and want help... *facepalm*

You get the idea. I could give many more examples, but I'm trying to make my Tumblr posts shorter, lol!

The bottom line is stuff like that is very frustrating to say the least. This isn't a matter of me wanting views on my work or something (You know me better than that since I pick fun at shameless view whores.), it's a matter of some people being too lazy to actually look through my stuff for the answer. I put work into compiling loads of information and people just ask me about it as if I'm a search engine instead of a creator. Rrrrrrrrrr......

I know ranting about this sort of thing won't change a thing because if a person is going to be lazy, they're going to be lazy. But, I'd just think that if someone would want to know something and they are ON the thing that would give them the answer, they would put some effort into finding the answer using said thing rather than make the creator repeat him/herself. Heck, if they managed to find Youtube or Deviantart to begin with, let alone navigate those sites, you know they know how to use Google, Bing, etc.

It's just I... I dunno. I just have to get this off my chest I suppose. That's part of the ol' blogging thing at times. I know that everyone has created something at some point in their lives and would get mad at times if their work got completely overlooked in favor of laziness, especially many times over. So, I'd think that everyone would have some kind of consideration for others through a mutual, logical understanding of sorts.

Edit: I should clarify that I know some of these peeps may be kids that wouldn't know any better of which I can't blame because kids will be kids. So who I am talking about in this post are the ones that would know better, lol!
