Hello Treehouse residents! Spooky season is upon us! The first floor has been decked out with Halloween decorations and on Halloween weekend, there will be a party! It will take place on Saturday night predominantly on the first floor. However, each residential floor will have been assigned a Haunted House theme, and residents of the floor will be encouraged to decorate for a haunted house, which will function as the setting for a spectacular Halloween bash! Of course it’s a bit of a small party given the limited number of tenants, but it should be a great way to mingle with your neighbors! There will also be a pseudo-corn maze set up on the roof for decoration, as well as drinks and snacks provided by management and a set up of vintage scary movies showing in the movie room! There will be a costume contest and an award to the hall deemed to have the most “spirit!”

This is a part one post for the Halloween Event! If you have any Halloween specific triggers you might be worried about, please feel free to let us know so that we can make sure to minimize or tag all of those.
The main floor will remain the bulk of the event, with an area for dancing, a lot of snacks, and of course the various scary movies set up in the movie room!
There will be a few twists here and there, however, so make sure to tag your posts with the floor you’re on and cu:halloween (eg, cu:halloween and cu:1st floor)
For reference, the 2nd floor has been assigned the theme of werewolves, the 3rd floor has been assigned a graveyard/zombie theme, the 4th floor has been assigned a vampire theme and the 5th floor has been assigned a ghost theme!
This had been ‘officially’ the first time you can say that Parker had gone to any kind of social event since college had started. Butterflies were in the pits of her stomach. With every step she took she grew more and more nervous. “Here we go” she said as she finally stepping inside of the house. Fully making it in she caught a few glimpses of some people she had see around campus, “Please don’t see me, please don’t see me, please don’t see me” she said covering her face.
eliana made her way over to the drinks, needing to get drunk as soon as possible. grabbing a drink, she took a sip of it and looked over at the person nearest to her. she had no idea who they were but she decided to strike up a conversation anyways. “ i actually like this theme. it’s different. plus it allows me to let out my inner devil and no one can give me shit about it, ” she laughed, taking another sip. “ i should’ve dressed up as an angel though and watched everyones reaction. ”
Brett stood by the DJ, looking at the crowd and seeing all the guests having a good time. He and his brothers had thrown – yet again – another great party, everything was going perfect – he couldn’t be more proud. Soon enough, his cup was empty, so he decided to take a walk to the open bar and grab another drink. Brett recognized a familiar face when he finally made his way there. “Hey – you up for a game of beer pong? You’ll definitely lose and have the worst hangover tomorrow morning but I promise it’ll be fun.”
“You!” The strawberry blonde said, full lips turning up into a smile as she snaked her hands into the individual’s standing across from her. “You’re coming with me.”
