Blimey! This is an excellent album, Damnit ! There haven’t been many instrumental albums that have me grinning and exclaiming in revelatory euphoria. The album is just amazing. Highly recommended, just put it on while you’re cooking or cleaning. We’re going to make ourselves a Pisco Sour; Add 70ml Pisco, 25ml Lemon Juice, 20ml Simple Syrup and 1 egg white to a cocktail shaker, shake till a foam appears and then pour it into an old fashioned glass, garnish it with a slice of lemon.
