This café Kopilism tucked away in the corner of a car wash / detailing shop is a hidden gem! Kopi Luwak (civet coffee) (₱125 - 16oz) is really good. No acidity at all, and they even added chocolate to it! Slightly sweeter for my taste but that doesn’t bother me at all. Their Peach Lemon Tea (₱92 - 16oz) is also refreshing. I’ve been doing blog entries while waiting for the car.
