My two babies, my little boys, my forever loves. 😍💙😘 • Just in case you didn’t know. The little man on my left is my godson and nephew (technically great-nephew) Carlos Miguel. He is now 5 years old. Which is baffling to me, because it seems like just yesterday I watched him come into this world. • He is a grown little man now, who writes his own name and can hold my 8 month old. 😱 Where did time go? 😩 • My heart is so full seeing them together. Playing and interacting. (Even if Christian’s way of doing that is by smacking poor Carlos in the face lol 😂) • Clearly nothing compares to carrying a child and giving birth yourself. But Carlos will forever be my first baby, I will never forget him holding my finger with his whole hand and how scared Carla @carlasruquet and I were to handle him because we didn’t want to break him. Hahahaha. • I can confidently say that I am a much better mom to Christian now because I learned so much with Carlos. • Fun fact: When Carlos found out I was having a boy he got very upset because he said he wanted a little sister. 🤣 Needless to say... I died of love. 😍 ——— Mis dos bebés, mis niños pequeños, mis amores por siempre. 😍💙😘 • Por si no sabían. El hombrecito a mi izquierda es mi ahijado y sobrino (técnicamente sobrino segundo) Carlos Miguel. Él ya tiene 5 años. Lo cual es desconcertante para mí, porque parece que fue ayer cuando lo vi entrar a este mundo. • Ahora es todo un hombrecito, que escribe su propio nombre y puede cargar a mi bebé de 8 meses. 😱 ¿A dónde se fue el tiempo? 😩 • Mi corazón está tan lleno de verlos juntos. Jugando e interactuando. (Incluso si la manera que Christian tiene de hacer eso es golpear al pobre Carlos en la cara Jajajaja 😂) • Claramente, nada se compara con cargar a un niño y dar a luz tu misma. Pero Carlos siempre será mi primer bebé. Nunca olvidaré cuando sostuvo mi dedo con toda su manito y lo asustadas que estábamos Carla @carlasruquet y yo al cargarlo y atenderlo porque no queríamos hacerle daño. So many changes are happening right now for Christian! He is becoming really agile and curious. He loves to stare at objects for a long period of time and it seems like he truly pays attention now. Christian and I both killed our workout today! 💪🏼 • I woke up and decided this was the day I wanted to start working out. I planned for it during Christian’s nap time. Put little man down in his crib. Success! He was PASSED out. • So I hurry up and put my workout video on, I hadn’t even taken the first step when he wakes up of course AND he wouldn’t fall asleep again either. 🤦🏽‍♀️ (At the moment he won’t nap for very long unless he is held.) 🤷🏽‍♀️ • I didn’t let that stop me though. I swapped my workout for one called Babies on BOD (Beachbody.com) and successfully killed my workout with him on me.
