“ -- Say that again?” Griffin asked of his cub as he looked down to the small hands that were pressing against his belly. The bear was ‘ready’ for winter, whatever that meant. He was round, he was heavy, and he was tired but Griffin never actually hibernated. It was just an excuse to eat. When he looked down to Chop the bear grumbled as he pulled the shirt back down his belly, a shirt that was currently the largest the bear owned which meant his belly was the perfect size.
“I don’t think that’s going to happen, little cub. Why don’t you get a belly, then?”
