Seven Sisters from Cuckmere Head. Fulfilled an ambition today. Went to Cuckmere and walked above the fabulous meandering estuary then headed up to take this shot. Probably one of the most famous views in the UK. I was inspired to get into using Fujifilm cameras by a YouTube video review of the #fujixpro1 by @chris_orange_photography . My son @flinneyjcl and I walked the same path. I really wanted to get over to the other side of the estuary to take this image. Cuckmere Haven. The small pools that appear in the mouth of the estuary had an almost eerie appearance to them. They reminded me of Lord of the Rings; where Gollum leads Frodo and Sam across the marshes. On the Beach. Fulfilled another wish yesterday. @flinneyjcl and I walked to the beach below the #sevensisters. It wasn’t really paddling weather but just being by the sea, scratched that itch I’ve had recently. There is something magical about being by the sea that I periodically yearn for. Pebbles or sand , it doesn’t matter.
