Ingredients: 2 oz gin. 1 oz fresh lime juice. 0.75 oz simple syrup. 3 slices cucumber. 1 peeled kiwi slice.
Instructions: In a shaker, muddle cucumber and kiwi slice. Add gin, lime juice, and simple syrup. Fill shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a cucumber slice or kiwi wheel.
