Idée apéritif n°3:

Toast au concombre

Pour une vingtaine de toasts:

1 concombre - toasts - fromage type philadelphia, st morêt ou autre - ciboulette

Peler le concombre et le couper en petits dés.

Les saler et les laisser dégorger.

Mettre le fromage sur les toasts.

Ajouter les concombres puis la ciboulette.

Réserver au frais.

On peut ajouter du saumon ou remplacer les concombres par du saumon.
