Last week my beverage, the Lavender Moon Tea launch, compose of elderflower tonic, lavender bitters, sakura tea, lemon and barrel aged maple syrup. What's the scoop? Burundi Murambi joins the scoop bar at the Roastery today! The beans go through both wet & dry fermentation stages at Cassien Nibaruta's washing station. This is known as double-fermentation, and it extends processing time to produce limited batches with extraordinarily complex character!
