This is not middle earth and you may have detected a theme already. I’m not gonna lie I was pretty excited about shooting Amazon’s Lord of the Rings:The Rings of Power. I made sure I include Robyn because he devotion to sci-fi and fantasy. The Lord of the Rings being Robyn’s favorite of the genre. I happiest about these things when I can share them with friends in real time. There was a lot of process before we entered the mysterious world of The Lord of the Rings Amazon created to celebrate the premiere of the series. The lighting was excellent and the pace of the talent very reminiscent of the Academy Awards. Once again I was around the best photographers for red carpets. There was very little yelling and professionalism was at a high point. Jeff Bezos walked and it’s was the second time I shot him. Him and Lauren Sánchez accompanied him on his walk. The women wore some absolutely beautiful gowns and it was delight to shoot. The fact it was held at Culver Studios wasn’t lost on me. It’s a remarkable place to have a screening. It’s one of my favorite places in town.
