headcanon: sometimes when john is picking up the flat a bit he will be picking up some of sherlock's clothes and will catch a whiff of the body wash sherlock uses or the cologne he uses and the nice linen and maybe faint cigarette smoke so he puts the shirt or what have u up to his face and just breathes deeply and his heart starts racing and he just kind of stands there having a moment but snaps out of it when he realizes he's getting too turned on oh boy,,,
