I'm sure you get swamped with asks, but I'm really in love with the comic you just posted and I had to ask- do you have any favorite web comics or independent or what ever that you could recommend? I'm an illustration student and kind of have an idea of a comic I'd like to start, but I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing. I thought maybe getting into more comics in general might help. Your time is really appreciated ;O;

I'm pretty terrible in that I don't read a whole lot of webcomics... in fact Johnny Wander and Hot Blood are pretty much the only ones I go to? Oh! And Sakana! All of those are super rad and pretty influential on me, not to mention all of the creators are amazingly wonderful people.

As far as comics go, if you're an illustration student, I'll just blanket rec pretty much everything :01 (First Second) publishes. My favorite books of theirs include Koko Be Good and Three Shadows.

I'll keep an eye out for awesome new stuff and creators at ECCC and maybe try to make a better rec list in the near future? Hopefully this helps a little?

nope. we have a ymca and an anytime fitness. i don't know how much anytime fitness costs. but our y has a pool... might be worth it...

if my doctor didn't put me on meds that made me gain 15 pounds in a month, i wouldn't be having this problem...
