my mami's arroz con salchichas. her asopao de pollo. empanadas. pastelillos de guayaba. mallorcas. amarillos. and so many other yummy thingsss. mmmmm. i wish i had pictures and recipes but i don't and now i live in france and even when i try to cook puerto rican food i can't find half the spices and everything just comes out bland and sad. :( It's kind of terrible, I love it here but there's like no boricua community here and no puerto rican restaurants anywhere :(
