Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Icing <3

I decided to make some cupcakes for my family the other day because I was inspired while I was away with my girls.

AND

I realized I need to be more domesticated. I am trying to venture out on my own so I need to be able to make some food but why not start with dessert. My elementary teacher always told us :  

Eat dessert first

Why not!!? Next thing is cookies hehe. BUT I must say I actually had fun making them and I felt so accomplished afterwards :) I guess I am kind of a late starter as my mother told me the other day - so here goes nothing !!
