Every day, I wade through a wild sea of persnickety and entitled people, unengaged and unmotivated people, frightened and insecure people running from problems and progress. I have no control over any of it... All I can do most days, when Chicken Little is bitching about the inconvenience of the sky falling while throwing shade at everyone else running for cover, is to stay calm and roll with it. Most things I see are not as bad as they are made out to be initially. My job is to let people see that you don't solve a crisis by letting yourself go into crisis.
