Poke green chillies with a pin throughout and marinate it in salted curd and powdered fenugreek. Sundry for 1 day and marinate it in the balance curd mix and dry them till all moisture is gone. On frying, they become crunchy with a dark brown colour and goes well with hot steaming rice. My fav combo is rice, curd and this lovely kondattam Mulake.
