GET A LOAD OF THOSE HANDS !! this was a lot funnier in my head honestly im dying @curesick // @handrot
BONUS:
@curesick found a kitten.
“ i cleaned it ~ ! it wasn’t even my fault it was dirty ! aren’t i good ? “
Less of a question, more of a statement. She’s rather proud, even if she’s not a fan of cleaning products ( it makes her nose all itchy and WEIRD. ), she is willing to if he asks for it. Blinks lazily up at him when he stops before her, her meager frame so small before his.
And she should be scared, should worry that he is looking down at her, but all she does is tilt her head, blinking slowly up at him. A sign of trust, she’d been told.
Cat’s do that.
“ mmmr ? is it not clean enough ? “
10 + 12 + 20
CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT // ACCEPTING!
10. what energizes and drains them most?
ALONE time and people. justin’s a filthy introvert i hate it
12. how are they bodily expressive? how do they use nonverbal cues such as their posture, stance, eyes, eyebrows, mouths, and hands?
LOTS of hand waving and gestures with his arms and hands. his face has a tendency to be kinda blank when he talks, which terrifies a lot of people.
20. what kind of individual relationships do they have with others, and how do they behave in them? how are they different between intimate relationships like friends, family, and lovers versus more impersonal relationships?
IT’S honestly a large portion of justin’s character that interacting with people is something he’s not good at. he has coworkers in the form of the other death scythes and other people who work for Lord Death, but he doesn’t have real friends? there’s a gap in the age of the other death scythes and himself, and there’s also a gap between himself and the other kids in the series where he’s kinda stuck in a weird limbo of not relating to either.
HE’S terrible with people outside of the default ‘i’m friendly with you because we work together’ or madness-justin’s ‘we used to work together and now i’m gonna kill you really dead’, so friendship isn’t. . .a thing.
HE doesn’t even have very good ideas around familial attachments either, since he was abandoned as a child and raised by a priest in a priory. he doesn’t know how to People.
@curesick.
toys were scattered across the spotless floor – wrapped up in pretty packaging that was untouched, perfect condition. they were in the same place that man had dropped them off in. she wasn’t going to play with them. she knew this game. the game to earn her trust.
however, she was a child after all. eri’s curiosity slowly grew, consuming her until her until she would slowly lower herself to the floor to stare closer at the boxes scattered around. bandages chafed along covered wounds; skin feeling raw and pained as she crawled her way closer to the boxes. to any child in normal circumstances, perhaps, they were enticing. these only made her want to kick them across the room.
head would slowly tilt, unkempt locks shifting and falling over gold eyes as she examined the contents within. “ this is big among little girl’s your age! you should play with them, eri-chan! “
thoughts were interrupted with the sound of locks clicking open, door knob twisting nearly soundless ( except eri had trained herself to listen well enough – to be ready. ) the blinding light of the pristine hallway as her door opened sent her flying back – one foot knocking into a toy box and sending it skidding across the floor.
it took gold eyes a few seconds to adjust to the sudden light, wide and filled with fear as his silhouette filled the doorway. “ … “
