Tales of the Miraculous
Let's talk about some akumas. Specifically the ones who are replacing certain akumas or are being rewritten.
I'm only giving y'all a brief idea about them, as I do plan on giving them their own reference page sometime within these next three months.
Miss Informed
Replacing Lady WiFi, Miss Informed is Marinette's first akumatized form. The cause of her akumatization is a strong feeling of guilt, due to the fact she didn't decide to completely hear Alya out when she was acussed of looking and taking a picture of the inside of Chloe's locker. A tale that was exaggerated and got the girl into trouble. Marinette has a bad habit of jumping to conclusions, often not listening to others when they try to explain things to her. And this has often led her to believing the wrong thing. As Miss Informed, much like Lady WiFi, she's able to travel via devices. However, she's not limited to phones. Any device that gathers information is accessible to her. And similarly to Truth, her goal is to find out the truth, but rather than force people to tell her, she connects herself to whatever device she's in sorta like a virus.
Queen Wasp (to be renamed later)
Queen Wasp appears early on in the show, replacing Anti Bug entirely. Unlike in canon, Queen Wasp isn't Chloe akumatized with the bee miraculous. Taking place after Marinette loses her role as Bumble Bee due to Chloe finding out her identity, Chloe becomes akumatized because she had likely cost Team Miraculous a member and was both blaming herself and Curinus for taking the bee from Marinette. Whilst Curinus did say Marinette still had a chance with a different miraculous (she gets the mouse later on), he also told Chloe she likely would never get a chance due to her being so willing to expose a hero whilst knowing their identities being secret was a main priority. Queen Wasp's goal is to prove she's the better hero. To prove she can be a hero. She's able to control people who are stung by her wasps and trap them by having her wasps trap them in an indestructible paper like material (similar to a wasps nest).
Copycat
I decided to keep Theo as Copy Cat and rather than him be a copy of Lykoi, he is replacing Chameleon. His powers allow him to become a perfect copy of someone. He is limited on each transformation but his time as every person he transforms into increases whenever he turns into said person. The cause of his akumatization was him feeling like he was always in the shadows of someone else. His goal isn't to replace someone entirely, but rather to be in the spotlight. He wants people to truly acknowledge him and not just dismiss him after something shinier appears. And if he has to put on a mask and become someone else (literally), so be it.
Volpina
Introduced much later on in the series, Lila Rossi quickly declares both Alya and Marinette her enemies at François Dupont. The former due to her not posting an interview she has generously agreed to after slipping the fact she was in fact Curinus' best friend, and rather using it to point her lies which were obviously not lies. The latter is a combination of collateral damage and because of how close she is to Adrien. Much like in canon, Lila invites Adrien to park in order to "reveal" herself as Volpina. However, Adrien is quick to identifying her lies, as he had already had his debut as Renargenté earlier and knew Curinus wouldn't let any of the temp heroes keep their miraculous. They were all required to return them after the end of each fight they were in. However, Marinette is still the one who chews Lila out, having gone to the park herself, not knowing they would be there. Volpina, much like Queen Wasp, has a goal to prove she's a hero. But she's also very specifically going after Adrien and Marinette. And while Marinette is able to escape her grasp, "Adrien" isn't.
